Shipping policy

All items are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

For customers based in Australia, please expect a 5-10 day wait for your parcel. If you believe your parcel has gone missing, please contact us. If the parcel is marked as delivered but the item is not received, we ask that you provide the delivery photo provided by Aus Post.

 

For international customs, please expect a 10 - 25 day wait. Countries like Canada and Italy can expect a lengthier delay due to strikes. For these countries we ask you to wait 90 days before claiming a parcel to be missing.
